1. What cookies are

2. What we use

Essential (always on). Needed for the website to work and never used for advertising:

• mkl_locale: remembers your language, for up to 12 months.
• mkl_consent: remembers your choice in the cookie banner.
• mkl_favourites, mkl_compare, mkl_recent: your saved properties, comparison list and recently viewed listings. Stored only in your browser.
• mkl_attr: how you reached the site and any campaign details (such as UTM, gclid, fbclid) for 90 days, sent to us only if you choose to submit a form.

Measurement and advertising (only with your consent). Through Google Tag Manager we may use Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. These are off by default and switched on only after you choose "Accept all" in the cookie banner. They never receive your name, phone number, email or message.

3. Changing your choice

• To withdraw consent, clear this website's site data (cookies and storage) in your browser settings. The cookie banner will appear again on your next visit so you can choose again.
• You can also block cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as remembering your language or your saved list, may then stop working.
