How it works
The steps below are the order in which we work with owners. You make the decision at each stage.
1. Get in touch
Call, message us on Zalo or use the form on this page. Tell us the property type, the location and what you would like to achieve.
2. Visit and photograph
We visit in person, note the condition and the areas stated on the title documents, and take photographs. Listing photos are real photographs.
3. Pricing advice
You receive a price recommendation with comparable listings and transactions in the area, and the reasoning behind it.
4. Marketing
The property is listed on our website, introduced on Zalo to clients who are searching and shared with our partner agents. The exact address is never published.
5. Viewings
We speak to buyers about their requirements and ability to pay before arranging viewings at times that suit you.
6. Negotiation
Every offer is passed to you. We advise on price, payment schedule and deposit terms, and negotiate on your instructions.
7. Contract and notary
We help prepare the documents, deposit agreement and sale contract, and go with you to the notary office.
Useful to have ready
- A copy of the title certificate (pink book) or the sale contract with the developer
- Details of any loan or mortgage on the property
- The management fee and other recurring charges
- Times that suit you for our visit and photographs
We do not promise how long a sale or letting will take, or the final price. Our recommended price is based on comparable listings and transactions in the area, and the final decision is always yours.
