This is a broker’s opinion to help you decide whether to sell or let. It is not a formal valuation certificate for a bank or a government authority.
How it works
The steps below are the order in which we work with owners. You make the decision at each stage.
1. Get in touch
Use the form or message us on Zalo with the location, property type and size.
2. Visit and photograph
We visit in person, note the condition, orientation, floor, furnishing and paperwork, and take photographs for reference.
3. Pricing advice with comparables
You receive a recommended price range with similar listings and transactions in the area, and the reason for each adjustment.
4. Marketing, if you go ahead
If you decide to sell or let, we list the property on our website, introduce it on Zalo and share it with partner agents.
5. Viewings
We discuss requirements with each client first, then arrange viewings at times that suit you.
6. Negotiation
Every offer is passed to you with our advice on price and terms.
7. Contract and notary
We help with the documents and contract, and go with you to the notary office where needed.

We do not promise how long a sale or letting will take, or the final price. Our recommended price is based on comparable listings and transactions in the area, and the final decision is always yours.
