Minh Khải Lộc Land is a lettings and sales brokerage focused on Phu My Hung and the four new wards of the former District 7: Tan Hung, Tan My, Tan Thuan and Phu Thuan.
We handle apartments, townhouses, villas and commercial space for Vietnamese and international clients who live in Saigon South or are planning a move here.

Each listing shows the date we last confirmed availability with the owner, so you know how current it is.
Honest area figures
Land area, usable floor area and gross floor area are stated separately. We never combine figures to make a home look bigger.

When a listing uses design visualisations rather than photographs of the actual property, we say so on the images and in the description.
