How it works
The steps below are the order in which we work with owners. You make the decision at each stage.
1. Get in touch
Call, message us on Zalo or use the form on this page with the location, property type and when it will be available.
2. Visit and photograph
We visit in person, list the furniture and appliances, and take real photographs for the listing.
3. Rent advice
You receive a recommended rent with similar homes currently let in the area, plus any repairs or additions worth considering.
4. Marketing
The home is listed on our website, introduced on Zalo to tenants who are searching and shared with our partner agents.
5. Viewings
We ask tenants about budget, household size, pets and lease length before arranging a viewing.
6. Negotiation
We agree rent, deposit, payment schedule, lease term and any additional charges, on your instructions.
7. Contract and handover
We help draft the lease, arrange notarisation where needed, and prepare a handover record with photographs of the condition and an inventory.
Useful to have ready
- A copy of the ownership documents or sale contract
- A list of the furniture and appliances included
- The management fee, parking charges and how utilities are billed
- Building rules on pets, and the details needed for the tenant’s temporary residence registration
