2. Property information

• Listing details (price, areas, condition, furnishing, amenities) are supplied by the owner and checked by us when we visit. The date we last confirmed availability is shown on each listing.
• Availability and price may change after that date. Please contact us to confirm before making a decision.
• Land area, usable floor area and gross floor area are stated separately. The official figures are those on the legal documents.
• Images are real photographs unless the listing says they are 3D renders.
• Map locations are approximate. The exact address is given when a viewing is booked.
• A listing is not a binding offer to sell or let. A transaction exists only once the parties sign documents as required by law.

3. Articles and guides

Articles, area guides and market notes are for general information only and are not a substitute for legal, tax or financial advice. Check with the relevant authority, a notary or a lawyer before you transact.

4. Using the website

You agree not to:

• Submit false information, or someone else's details without their permission.
• Scrape the website at volume or interfere with how it works.
• Copy or republish listing photographs and content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

5. Intellectual property

Content, photographs, the logo and the design of the website belong to Minh Khải Lộc Land or to those who have allowed us to use them. You may share links to listings for personal use.

6. Links to other websites

The website links to third-party services such as Zalo, WhatsApp, WeChat, Google Maps and reference sources. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those websites.

7. Limitation of liability

We work to keep information accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that the website will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information on the website without confirming it with us.
